At one time, long, long, long ago – I had one. But I didn’t realize I’d want to save it forever, and thus used it quite a bit – until it got very faded and very useless (I was proud to show off my Sierra geekdom at the beach). It was, after some time, discarded by my mother at the time. I occasionally search ebay to see if one ever surfaces on there.
